Early Bird Swim

 The
whole pool is divided into 3 large lanes; Fast, Medium, and Slow.
Ideal for early risers! |

Lunchtime
Lane, Relax
and Swim & Family Swim |
 Everyone
is welcome to come and swim in these sessions. 3 lanes are
available; Slow, Medium and Fast. The rest of the pool is left open
for you to set your own pace. |
| Gentle Swim |
An adult only session for non-vigorous swimming. This
breaststroke only session is ideal for those who prefer to combine a
gentler pace with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. One lane is marked
out for those wishing to use other stroke Adults. |

Adults Only |
As the name implies, no under 18’s are admitted to
these sessions. 3 lanes are available; Slow, Medium and Fast. If you
want a quiet evening swim without the children, this is the session
for you. |
|
Ladies Only |
This casual session is open to females of any age.
There are 3 lanes available for those who wish to swim without
interruptions. Children under 8’s are admitted to this session |

Parent & Toddler |
An ideal session for parents wishing to introduce their
under 5’s to the water. Once your child has received their triple
vaccination why not bring them along? Qualified staff are on hand to
provide help and advise you on all matters related to introducing your
child to the water; from which aids to choose to how to develop your
child’s ability and confidence. Equipment and toys are provided during
this session to ensure fun and safety for all.
During this session we ask that you ensure your child
is wearing a recognised swim nappy.
Robinson Pool has
received accreditation from “Huggies Little Swimmers” as a recognised

Fun Sessions |
These sessions run
during school holidays, and are ideal for 8 – 14 year olds. The main
pool and diving pool are turned into safe play areas for children to
have lots of fun in a safe environment. |
