LOW AEROBICS
this low impact
class offers a choreographed routine to music gradually increasing
with intensity throughout the class, designed to increase mobility,
flexibility, muscular strength, tone and general health and fitness,
great for the complete beginner or those returning to exercise from an
injury.
CIRCUITS**
A basic warm up with
music followed by various exercise stations designed to give a total
body workout. A great all round class for every one. No co ordination
necessary, ideal for stamina, toning and weight loss
YOGA*
Focus - control - de
stress. Toning muscle mind and body in a series of exercises, making
your body work with your weight, improving strength, tone,
flexibility, balance and posture. Ideal for every one a good all round

HIPS BUMS & TUMS*
Intense lower body
exercises targeting those troublesome areas, involving some upper
bodywork, and a great abdominal blast, designed to tone up.
AERO CIRCUITS**

Body Balance is the Yoga, Tai Chi

BODY PUMP
Body Pump is the fasted way to
shape up and loose body fat. Body Pump is a toning and conditioning
class with weights and is for just about everybody. It’s perfect for
both males and females who want to add strength training to their
aerobic workout.
BODY STEP
Body Step is a simple, athletic
workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to
uplifting music. Some of the effects you can expect to achieve in this
class are toning for the lower body, increased cardio fitness and
coordination, and upper and lower body conditioning for functional
strength.
BODY COMBAT
Body Combat is a non-contact,
martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate,
taekwando, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each class
provides an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast
fitness results. Suitable for every level, male and female.
WATER WORKOUT*
Performed in the diving pit (water
confidence a must) A great all round class for everyone, workout in
the liquid gym with zero impact. Great for inch loss, flexibility and
core strength.

BODY ATTACK
is a cardiovascular
interval training programme that combines high intensity aerobics,
strength and stabilisation exercises. Classes are high in motivation,
provided by dynamic instructors and exciting music. All participants
can achieve their fitness goals by following the simple movements.
