DISABLED FACILITIES/SESSIONS 

The centre has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment in order to improve disabled access to the facility. Features include:

• Provision of disabled parking in the car park

• Disabled access to the building via a ramp and automatic doors

• Low level reception desk for wheelchair users

•  Disabled changing facilities provided with lockers and toilets

• A hoist to help you in and out of the pool

• Lift access to the gym

• Fully qualified staff, specifically trained to induct members into the use of our new, state of the art equipment, which has been specially selected to be usable by all.

Inclusive Fitness Facility

The Fitness Suite at Robinson Pool has been accredited by the English Federation of Disabled Sport as a centre of Excellence, allowing users with disabilities to access the gym and have a full body workout. The staff have undertaken specific training to assist the needs of those with disabilities who want the opportunity to benefit from participating in physical activity.
